Is Jackie Hill Perry saying, "If you like your sin you can keep it"?

In James we read that many of our conflicts come from passions and desires waring within us. He is talking to believers. We can have both good desires that are elevated in a sinful way and we can have sinful desires that must be put off and submitted to God. In the sanctification process our desires become more aligned with His if we are walking by the spirit and not the flesh. We need salvation and through power of the Holy Spirit we are changed at the heart level which will change behavior.
